A Legacy of Beauty, Intellect, and Purpose
From small-town beginnings to a life dedicated to impactful change, Ashley’s journey is one of passion, purpose, and transformation. Her personal philosophy reflects her belief that true beauty is nurtured from within. For Ashley, beauty is not just skin deep; it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit to become the most authentic and best version of oneself.

Ashley’s career path has always been driven by her desire to make a difference. Her journey began in Washington, D.C., where she supported First Lady Michelle Obama at The White House, an experience that ignited her passion for public service and set the foundation for her career. Over the years, she has built a reputation as an image architect and public relations strategist, leading communications efforts for household brands across many sectors, including nonprofit, public affairs, technology, healthcare, hospitality, and more.
Influenced by her father’s career as a real estate developer, Ashley embraced resilience and perseverance—values that serve as the backbone of her work. After a successful tenure at Hilton Worldwide, she returned to the family business as a managing partner, where she has focused on addressing housing instability in rural communities—a cause deeply personal to her.
In addition to her work in real estate, Ashley introduced her boutique branding and image consulting agency in 2024, specializing in elevating high-profile professionals, C-suite executives, public figures, and influencers. Along with expertise in executive positioning and reputation management, her agency offers a full range of PR and publicity services designed to help businesses and individuals build, protect, and enhance their public image.
Ashley is also the creator of Lily x Classie, a modern guide and blog dedicated to inspiring women to discover their voice, thrive, and shine. By sharing authentic stories, healing insights, and even her own life experiences, she encourages women to embrace growth in both their personal and professional lives, while fostering a supportive community along the way.

Beyond her professional life, Ashley is committed to philanthropy. She recently served on the Junior Executive Board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and as a summer camp volunteer for Little Lights, a faith-based organization that provides support and services for public housing communities in Washington, D.C. She also frequently partners with organizations like United Way to tackle housing instability, support family preservation, and support underserved youth.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and completed graduate studies at Georgetown University.

Ashley’s work—whether in public relations, real estate, or philanthropy—reflects her belief in creating positive change. With a blend of intelligence, compassion, and experience, she is driven by the mission of helping others live purposeful lives.
